PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE - THE INFLAMER FIRES ON DEBUT

We have many owners at time very frustrated when their horse doesn't make it to the races as a 2YO or even worse a 3YO and rightly so as its an expensive sport and we all have high hopes of raceday glory.

Spare a thought for the owners of recent debut winner 'The Inflamer', he had his very first start last Friday 2 days out from turning a 4YO. The Inflamer won narrowly for his patient owners at Ipswich after encountering setback after setback as a younger horse and the patience now looks like it will be well paid back.

This is a story for all owners to hang on to who are losing faith in their horse as they either need time to mature and develop or are facing physical setbacks. Racing is an extremely tough game but I love to see owners patience rewarded.
