Patronizing wins well 1st up completing a well orchestrated plan
Darby Racing celebrated it's 31st winner for the 2015/16 season yesterday when lightly raced Not A Single Doubt gelding 'Patronizing' won 1st up at Ipswich yesterday in the Class 3 1000m event.
Trained by leading Sunshine Coast mentor 'Stuart Kendrick', Patronizing won after a well thought out plan was hatched by his trainer. Stuart was of the strong belief that keeping him fresh was the key first up, giving 2 soft trials without the blinkers on and then placing the blinkers back on for his first up assignment. The result was extremely rewarding!
After travelling extremely well during the run, Patronizing just lost his action getting around the tight Ipswich track before gun apprentice James Oarman balnaced him up to win comfortably on the line. Great effort!
Patronizing has been extremely consistent for his owners winning 3 times from his 12 starts and placing on 4 other occasions. Patronizing has earned connections $67,000 so far with many more wins in store.
Congratulations also goes out to the rider, gun apprentice 'James Oarman', who rcompleted a winning treble on the day.
Congratulations to all his owners
