Juvenile Trial Watch – Rosehill
Three heats for juveniles at Rosehill on Tuesday morning produced some interesting horses including a Choisir colt bought by Darby Bloodstock for $240,000 at the Inglis Ready2Race Sale last week and the sibling to Golden Slipper winner She Will Reign, who has a bit to learn but is going the right way. This was the fastest of the three heats and the Bjorn Baker trained Malkovich did everything right and bolted clear under a hold to win with ease. One of the more expensive horses sold at the Inglis Ready2Race Sale, he looks a natural racehorse and is a half-brother to four winners including Group III placed Seewhatshebrings from the family of Group I winners Rewaaya and Sense of Occasion.
He’s had two trials now for two wins having also won prior to the sale when in the care of Jean Dubois.
