Our Meteor Picks Up The Final Event On The Scone Card

The final event on the Scone card saw a class 2 handicap over 1100 m with 3 Greg Bennett prepared runners eyeing the prize, in Sadhika, Blake Spriggs aboard, Our Media with Adam Sewell aboard and Chasing Malcom, Anthony Cavallo jumping from barrier 18.

Leaving the stalls in the final event on the card, Chasing Malcom was out first from the widest gate, looking to cross, Quick Cash led with Rosetta's Comet next, with Trades Hall, Star Approach, & Sadhika all forward, with the final Bennett prepared runner being Our Meteor working wide on turning for home.

Heading for the judge Quick cash led Trades Hall whom was ridden along, Miss Faith cut the corner, as all eyes shifted wide on the track, as Our Meteor, Sadhika & Eye On America made their runs from the deep, with the trio full of momentum, hitting the line hard with Our Meteor, at juicy odds landing the prize in a blanket finish go, Eye On America arrived in second in front of Sadhika in third, with Chasing Malcom finishing back in the field after a tough run.
