Scarlet Rain & Hussterical impress at the Randwick Trials

An impressive debut at the trials for 2 of our well bred youngsters - Scarlet Rain (Manhattan Rain x Double Ranga) and Hussterical (Beneteau x Hussterics) fighting out the finish in heat 9 over 740m.

Both trained by Gai Waterhouse, Scarlet Rain trialled in the Blue Darby Racing colours, winning the trial comfortably by 2.5 lengths and looked the real professional jump and run type. Scarlet Rain travelled extremely well in the run and let down well under pressure to wn in the fastest time of the morning.

She looks a ready made 2YO with movie star looks - chestnut in colour with 4 white feet and flaxen mane and tail.

Hussterical finished 2nd in the Darby white colours which again was a great result considering this is just her very first serious preparation. Hussterical looks to have very good improvement and was doing her best work late. Promising type!
