Ultimate Fantasy’s victory brings up first victory for Darby Racing & Kim Waugh Racing

Ultimate Fantasy stepped out for the second time under the guidance of Kim Waugh racing producing a well-timed run down the centre of the Newcastle track to score a tough victory over 1200m in the seventh event on the card.

The All American mare was allowed to find her feet settling beautifully in the second half of the field. Ultimate Fantasy enjoyed the solid tempo up front which allowed her to settle beautifully in the second half of the field.

Travis Wolfgram stocked the All American mare up prior to the home turn to be within striking distance and after straightening balanced up before producing a withering burst to score a tough well deserved victory.
