Invictum Domina chalks up another win breaking the Darby Racing season winners record
Lightly raced, up and coming 3yo filly, Invictum Domina, was a dominant winner today at Sandown on her return from a spell.
The daughter of I am Invincible was always in control of her 1200m race today, leading comfortably and kicking clear in the straight to chalk up her 3rd win at start 9.
Corey Parish was having his 20th ride today for Darby Racing today, taking his win tally to 9 on Darby syndicated horses. A phenomenal strike rate that continues to build.
Trainer David Hayes was full of praise for Invictum Domina, believing she has returned bigger and better and will now look to step her up to Saturday grade on July 1 at Caulfield.
The win today signified a considerable milestone for Darby Racing as it was our 48th winner this season, breaking last season's record of 47. It has been an unbelievably successful last 24 months with 3 Group 1 wins and a host of stakes wins and placings. Darby Racing is nearing $5 million in stakes earnings this season for it's owners and with still 7 weeks left in the season, we will be chasing hard to try and set the record at 60 victories by the end of the season. A ride we will never forget including this years's Golden Slipper winner She Will Reign.
Great return by Invictum Domina today and a huge congratulations to the owners
